Checking your booking
Verify the email address used for your booking to view or cancel it.
Open the link in the email and choose “Verify and view booking”. You do not need to enter anything else on this page.
If it does not arrive, check your spam folder. You can check or change the details below.

Review cancellation
The cancellation fee is fixed when the server accepts your final confirmation, using Japan time. Any fractional yen in the cancellation fee is rounded up to the next whole yen. Any refund goes to the original card.
This cancels your booking and cannot be undone.
