Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by 23:59, 8 days before arrival, are free of charge. Cancellations from 7 to 2 days before arrival are charged 30% of the room rate; the day before arrival, 50%; and on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100%. You can cancel using the link provided in your booking confirmation. Once cancellation is completed, your reservation is cancelled immediately, whether or not a cancellation fee applies. If a fee applies, the hotel will contact you separately afterward.
Bathing tax and other charges
The room rate shown includes the Yamagata City bathing tax (nyuto-zei). The new Yamagata City accommodation tax (3% of the room rate) takes effect on April 1, 2027. How it applies to bookings at this hotel will be announced separately once finalized ahead of that date.
Child rates
Children aged 0–6 stay free of charge (sharing existing bedding). Bedding and amenities are not included. Children aged 7 and older are charged the adult rate. All children must be included in the room occupancy count when booking — bookings exceeding a room’s maximum occupancy cannot be accepted. Direct bookings are for room only, without meals.
Payment
Payment is due on site, by cash or credit card, at check-in or during your stay. Online card payment is not collected through this booking form. If a cancellation fee applies, it is not collected through this form either — the hotel will contact you separately.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
